Novaire Studio was founded as the culmination of years of experience distilled across multiple industries — architecture, construction, project management, and creative direction. We saw a recurring problem: design and construction challenges never arrive in isolation, yet most firms approach them with a single skill set. The result is always the same — gaps, miscommunication, and spaces that fall short of their potential.
We built Novaire to be the answer. A studio where multidisciplinary thinking is not a bonus — it is the foundation. Based in Lagos, we work across Nigeria and beyond, delivering spaces that are as rigorous in their construction as they are beautiful in their design.

Tobie built Novaire Studio from a deeply personal frustration — watching talented professionals in Lagos deliver work beneath their potential because they were working in silos. She brought together architecture, interior design, project management, and creative direction into one studio, one team, one standard.
Her work is defined by warmth, precision, and an unshakeable belief that every client deserves a space that feels unmistakably theirs. She is hands-on from the first brief to the final walkthrough — and her clients feel the difference.

Tobie leads the studio's creative and strategic direction. Her multidisciplinary background spans architecture, interior design, and project delivery.

Project Supervisor
Michael oversees all on-site project execution, ensuring every build meets the studio's exacting standards of quality and precision.

Executive Manager
Anna manages studio operations, client relationships, and ensures every project runs seamlessly from brief to handover.

HOW WE WORK
A process built around you, not around us.
Discovery
Week 1–2We begin with a deep listening session — no templates, no assumptions. We visit the site, understand how you live or work, and map out the full scope of what the project needs to achieve. This stage ends with a clear brief that both parties sign off on.
Concept & Mood
Week 2–4We translate your brief into a visual and spatial language. Moodboards, material palettes, spatial planning diagrams, and reference imagery come together into a concept presentation. You see the direction before a single wall moves.
Design & Sourcing
Week 4–10Detailed architectural drawings, interior specifications, furniture selections, and art curation. Every element is chosen with intention. We manage all supplier relationships and procurement so you don't have to.
Build & Deliver
Week 10 onwardsOn-site execution with our trusted contractors and craftspeople, supervised at every stage. We do not disappear after the drawings are done. We are there until the day you walk through your finished space.
